#4 Back to business as usual

We strongly recommend that you drink along to this episode.

This episode is where we realize we shouldn't get wasted and record. I'm not gonna lie, we almost scrapped the whole thing but with the wonders of editing we came though with something worth listening to.

Just like episodes one and two, this conversation starts with "what're you drinking today?". Wes drinks Four Loko and I fumble through describing what "Bottled in Bond"* means for my Henry McKenna Bourbon. We flow into a conversation about expressing ourselves through our hobbies, like art, and how we use those things to distract ourselves from everyday stresses and overloads.

What do you do to unwind? I'd love to hear about it. Hit me up on with a DM on IG @ punchdrunkrylan or just DM me to tell me how you wish you could get this hour of your life back. Either way, I'll be happy to hear from you!

*The bottled-in-bond designation requires that the spirit must be aged for at least four years and bottled at precisely 100 proof (50% abv). It must be made by one distiller at a single distillery in one season, then aged in a bonded warehouse.... so I was pretty close ;)

About the Podcast

Punch Drunk Vinyl
Music? Booze? Depression? We talk about that stuff.
Two dudes discuss vinyl music, booze and living with their overwhelming anxiety.
We are the type of guys you hang out with for the conversation. We'll sit around and talk about anything from music and drinking to depression and crippling anxiety, all without realizing we've just laughed or cried half our day away.
In this podcast we bring you in on those conversations because, well we're gonna have them anyway.
